i made a pokestop it got accepted and 4 days after it got accepted i still cant see it on my screen?

You created a wayspot, not a Pokéstop. Not all wayspots are eligible to be used in all Niantic games, as your acceptance email states.
Usually when a wayspot doesn't appear in Pokémon Go, it's due to the proximity rule that Pokémon Go uses. If you want to learn more about this, look up the Pokémon Go Hub guide to S2 cells.
Pokémon Go uses level 17 S2 cells to determine Pokéstop density, with a limit of one Pokéstop or Gym per level 17 S2 cell. If you're not sure how to check this yourself, please feel free to provide the name and GPS coordinates/address of your wayspot and someone can show you a visual representation of what's going on.
