Nomination rejected for “Other”. Why?

The nomination in question:
Hello all! I recently had this nomination rejected for “Other Rejection Reason”. I would like some insight as to what exactly went wrong? My main concern when nominating this plaque, was that it isn’t visible on satellite. It is hidden by the tree it’s under. Therefore, my secondary photo shows the solar panels that are visible on satellite. I was hopeful this was enough confirmation that the location was accurate. Though this wasn’t rejected for “Mismatched Location”. So I’m not even sure that was the problem?
Any insight would be appreciated!

Use for Nominations that do not meet all of the acceptance criteria, or meet any other rejection criteria.
So in this case reviewers thought that this was not a great place to explore/exercise/be social with others.
It may be useful to add a link about the tournament or a news article noting about the planting of this tree.
Looks potentially valid, but I would emphasise the plaque in the wording rather than the tree.
