Wayspot positioning on narrow sidewalks

Regarding the wayspot on a narrow sidewalk, I think it's a little dangerous to access it, so can't I allow it to be repositioned to a wider sidewalk in the opposite lane? The position will be adjusted approximately 5-6m.

That does not appear to be on a sidewalk at all. Nor am I actually seeing what the wayspot is meant to be.
At any rate, the location pin is meant to be on the object, not across the road from it. If it's unsafe (as it appears to be), report it as unsafe pedestrian access and have it removed.
Agree, it just seems to be a utility pole without safe access. Doesn’t meet any eligibility criteria and meets one ineligibility criterion.
