How to get stops in rural area

I live in a farm town. We have a perfect 2 mile square walking route. Although there is no sidewalks, many of us walk this. The closest stop is in town about a 10-15 minute drive. Is there anything I can nominate as far as landscape, farmland etc. That would work? Thanks

Would you mind giving us an address or GPS coordinates so we can look on a map to help you find things to nominate? This is one of my favorite things to do!

The church on Yates is a stop already. Only one we have outside of the town of Beecher.
The 2 mile square of Yates, Brunswick, Klemme and Offner is our walking/running path out here.
What about the basketball-court next to the church?
The church on Yates is named wrong, so you should probably edit the title.
The other person is right, there's a bball hoop at the end of the parking lot. I've had success getting those added.
That should put it in a different cell so you'll get a gym at the church.
I'm going to keep looking.
Emerald Trails Campground sounds like a dump, but one of the reviews on Trip Advisor says, "It is more of what I would call a RV Park. Fire rings and Picnic tables are on site. There is a fishing pond that has loads of fish."
You could probably get the fire pits approved if they are substantial enough and look permanent. The fishing pond might be passable as well.
You should probably wander through Goodenow Nature Preserve to see if there is more to add in there. It looks like there's a lot of POI, but who knows what else is there.
Also, this is outside the scope of this discussion, but do you live near a time zone border and get to take advantage of that in game?!?!?!
Sorry, but not much else is jumping out at me. People choose to live in rural areas typically so that they will be away from the hassle of city life and get to be surrounded by land. That means there won't be anything POI worthy around them. You can't have it both ways.
I realize that it's not a choice for everyone, but there's nothing the current WF system can do to change that.
