Swim beach at Lakes

I nominated a swim beach at a campground on Lake Logan Martin.

This was immediately refused.

This is a marked swim area with a lifeguard stand, roped-off swim area and marker signs. The only reason I can think that it did not meet the criteria is because it was considered a natural area. Does anybody have any recommendations to have this meet the criteria and get nominated, or is this not an acceptable waypoint?

Should I just submit the sign?
