Additional information: The Wayspot is located on military land (gendarmerie barracks), prohibited from the public. I could not provide photographs inside since I was blocked at the entrance. I have been asking for its deletion since 2019, and my requests are always refused.

Thanks for the appeal, @SuRVoLT69-ING. We took another look at the Wayspot in question and decided that it does not meet our criteria for removal at this time.

All around this place, panels are affixed to the walls, highlighting that it is military land, prohibited to the public, and citing article 413-5 and article R 644-1 of the French penal code.
Article 413-5 stipulates that the fact of entering without authorization from the competent authorities on land allocated to the military authority, is punishable by a fine and a prison sentence.
This proves that access is prohibited to any foreign person.
Article R644-1 stipulates that the fact, without authorizations from the competent authorities, to penetrate, stay or circulate on land assigned to the military authority, is punishable by a 4th class contravention (15,000 euros fine (16,084 dollars)).
Except in refusing to remove this WaySpot, indirectly encourage you players to introduce themselves to stop with it.
It is located in a military area, and should not be there, quite simply.

I don't know about French bases, but military base POIs are allowed so long as they don't interfere with operations or are otherwise in an operational area.
Just because you personally can't access it does not make the location invalid, it's the same idea as gated housing/apartment communities, parks that are closed during certain hours, amusement parks, fair grounds, places that require paid or ticketed entry, or some sort of pass to get onto.

IDK why people get their panties in a twist when it comes to these locations. Only thing I can think of is it annoys you/them because you can't get to it and theres a gym/ingress field that is annoying you. Again, if it was truly a problem the correct entities would get involved, you have nothing to do with it just forget about it and ignore it.
