Restrict review to certain countries

Hi, I could not find anything on that topic, so sorry in advance if it's asked for the umphteenthst time...
Is there an option to restrict the reviews in my queue to certain countries? I am located in Germany and would be fine with anything where I can understand the titles/descriptions but occasionally I get nominations from e.g. the Netherlands or Czech Republic.
I think my skips are limited to a certain number per day? any other way to bow out gracefully here?

No. Your review area is based on the level 6 S2 cell you're located in and the 8 surrounding level 6 S2 cells. In Europe this often means your review area will overlap with other countries.
Under normal circumstances I would say that Niantic expects you to use translation software to help you with nominations in other languages, but given that you've mentioned the Netherlands as one of the places your review area overlaps with, I would actually consider advising you to not review for the time being due to the abuse that's been happening there.
