Additional information: Good mornign, first of all I would like to point I am reporting this on behalf of the person who owns this garden. I am Pokemon Go player - the owner of this garden is not. This is my neighbor who takes care of her garden and asked me to do something about the fact that players like me go to this gym and sit next to it. often entering her area. My neighborr would like this gym to be removed from game becouse she is tired of being constantly told that it is private property when people walk in her garden. Thank you in advance for considering my case. Regards!

Hi, have you reported it in app yet? That would be the first stage - you only need to appeal here if the removal request is rejected
Yeah, and they rejected my request
Yeah, and they rejected my request
If it is a residential block it is not a PRP, it is a common area for residents. Besides, as you can see from the photos, there is no need to enter the area. I believe you want to maliciously remove someone's gym.
If you don't know that you can buy a piece of land next to the block, don't comment.
Besides, why would I remove the gym I have in my apartment? As I have already written, my neighbor asked me to do something about it - because it is her private garden.

「I believe you want to maliciously remove someone's gym.」This statement is wrong. Gyms in Pokémon GO are not personal to the player, but are shared by all players. However, I often hear people say that the gym has become ``my gym.''

Do you know about the Pokemon Go Help Center?
If you search for "Report about Pokestops and Gyms" here, a screen like this will appear.
「If you are a business or property owner, contact us via this page if you believe a PokéStop or Gym shouldn’t be in Pokémon GO or should be modified.」
As mentioned above, there is a method for applying to Niantic if you are not a Pokemon Go player, so I think you should try that. However, the rule is that you cannot apply on behalf of your neighbor. Please explain to your neighbor how to apply.

My neighbor is 69 years old and has no internet access. I know about this website and how to use it. If it weren't for this, this topic wouldn't exist
This seems like a legitimate and reasonable thing to do (for you to do). Do you have any evidence that it is private property? That would help your effort.
I won't post the notarial deed here because it won't work for me. The only thing I can do is take more photos - although I think it is unnecessary since these show that it is fenced - there is a trampoline in the garden which should not be placed on anyone's land

「My neighbor is 69 years old and has no internet access.」ah.It's very difficult.Hmm. Via the help center would have been the quickest and most reliable way, but it's difficult.
Also, there is something that bothers me about the photos. There is a building in the background of the photo, is this an apartment complex? If this gym is located on the site of an apartment complex, even if you apply in this forum, your appeal will almost never be successful."The player is trying to enter a garden with a view into the room." If this is the only reason you submit your removal request, Niantic may deny your removal request.
If the property is privately owned, I think it would be quite difficult to show Niantic proof of this with just photos. This is because, as a general rule, Niantic's only criteria for deletion is that the property be a single-family home.Trampolines are portable, which may not be a very good reason.
If you live in an apartment complex, it may be better to consult with the owner or management company of the apartment complex.Good luck to you and your neighbors
Thanks for the appeal, @RiselkaOwO-PGO. We took another look at the Wayspot in question and decided that it does not meet our criteria for removal at this time.
