Stops not showing up in Pogo

I submitted new stops for my area, but they were rejected due to duplicate entries. The stops had ingress stops but not Pokemon Go stops. When will the ingress stops migrate over to Pokemon Go? I thought that was all done last year sometime.

    the selection and use of wayspots in Niantic games are different for each games. Ingress uses a 20m radius rule when selecting, whereas Pokémon Go uses s2 level17 cells -these are mapping tools and if you google Pokémon go and S2 cells pokeemongohub has a good explanation.

    if you provide the names and locations of some we can look and see what is happening.
