Hard time on trial markers

Ive been actually looking into checking wayspots (to get rating up and have own wayspots get accepted faster hopefully).
And majority (+/- 80%) of requested wayspots are like the picture.
Do i approve on 2 star or 3 star if found on maps as well?
Do i reject?
Before i continue as is, i really need some help as i dont want to " lower " my rating cause of bad judgement

Trail markers are eligible.
I usually approve them with 4 stars (or 3 stars if they can't be seen on street view).
I would give this one 3 stars on first sight.
It's trail marker, with a name on it, and I suppose its on the trail route.
2* is a rejection, 3* is neutral. Approval starts at 4*.
This is a clear 5* candidate. The only reasons to give this less than 5* is if the photo, title or description are bad, or you can't verify the location.
Easy 5* as long as it's actually in the given location.
