Please explain how Niantic's Appeal Reviewer decided that this wayspot does not have Pedestrian Access. The wayspot is clearly on a Sidewalk. Sidewalks are built for Pedestrian access. On the other side of the road, one can see a pedestrian demonstrating the use of a sidewalk.
