Not accepted wayspot

I added a wayspot and it was declined with the reason that is was private/farm/other.. this is not the case at all. As I have described in the description it is a part of a museum, and it even has a sign on it to say so there is also a public hike 2 meter from it. How can this be declined with this reasons?

Part of a museum, nice story... Could be fine. I'm missing the description and rest of the nomination, but a first look it could be a nice waypoint.
You could appeal, or resubmit.

Anyway, this object can be accepted too.
I would not call that a "building" as you would see in the city. I call it a cute shed which is going to take a lot more convincing.
The description could be improved by stating the exact year it was built because "very old" is subjective. Mention the museum name. For instance, there is a "very old" Bayou Bend mansion on 13 acres that is owned by the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston (MFAH).
But I would skip this and look for more significant point-of-interest (POI) around the museum park.
