Ive had this stop been stuck in voting for over a year now. This has to be a bug, since I have had other stops I have summitted and got approved or appeals. Can you please help me in this?

You've marked it as upgrade next but haven't actually upgraded it. You need to do more reviews to earn agreements. Once you get enough agreements, you'll earn the upgrade and it'll get applied to your nomination. If it is still stuck after you've actually upgraded it, then you may have an issue.
Right I get the whole point of an upgrade, I have upgraded other stops, but to have something take a year seems a little drastic to review another 100 stops for something that has been in voting for some time. I still think this is an issue with this being stuck, even if I did an upgrade or not.
