Cemetery chapels?

Hi guys...
So, in my local cemetery there is a chapel. It is a beautiful historical listed building (needs a **** of paint in places) and would in my opinion be an obvious 5* if it were placed anywhere else. However, I believe it does fit in criteria to accept?
Is it any different than a church with a still active grave yard?
Its just... is it morally a good choice?
It is actually 2 chapels in one building... one “non conformist” and one “Anglican”.

If it is a historic structure (ie listed for historic preservation), then it is eligible. If it is an active place of worship (apart from just a place for funeral services), it is eligible under that guideline as well.
It is historically listed yes. It hasn’t been used for quite a while for its original purpose but it is most certainly a listed building and it is gorgeous! I have the listing information ready to submit, I just aren’t sure about the morality of submitting a waypoint in a cemetery... however, trip advisor lists it as a local place to visit when visiting my home town so...
If it is an active church, it would still be eligible despite being in a cemetery.
If it is a chapel that is used for funeral purposes I would hesitate to state its eligibility or ineligibility, but would likely extend to it being ineligible unless it had significant history associated with it.
@Gendgi-PGO it has massive historical association.. And it would be a good “pokestop” for me... but the morals of it have stopped me nominating. I love my local cemetery. I visit often just for the peace and quiet and I respect the dead there. It would just be nice to have a stop to spin as I basque in the peace... but I wouldn’t like others to congregate there
I have submitted, and had approved, many cemetary POIs, but they've all been in an historic graveyard, not an active one. If it's associated with funerals, I'd feel weird about it too. If it's NOT, I would submit it. If you're concerned about people congregating for raids, there are ways to make sure it doesn't become a gym. I've had one accepted but important to know it's in a state disrepair. Thus it's not presently being used. Therefore, the Wayspot wouldn't get in the way of people using the cemetery for cemetery related things.
