One correction firstly, is that you got a Wayspot accepted that has the potential to become a PokéStop if it meets the inclusion rules.

For Pokémon GO, distance does not matter. It is only the cells that do and you can have one per S2 L17 cell.

Your Wayspot is in the database and appears on Ingress too, as it is 20m away from existing Portals

However you already have “Condominio ECO SPA” and “Parque Infantil Eco Spa” in this cell for Pokémon GO. I do not know which is the PokéStop, so marked one at random.

All in all, this Wayspot will not appear in Pokémon GO, but as these two other Portals appear to be captured by Resistance Agents, you have given your local Ingress players a new Portal.
