1-) In Pokemon Go, in some places there are 4 or 5 pokeshops and gyms side by side, in some places there are none, and in some places there may be 1-3. what is the reason of this?
2-) There is no picture in some places, the picture and location are placed in the wrong places, there is a pokeshop and gym, if I edit, the pokeshop and gym may disappear? ? I don't want it to disappear?
3-) We do not understand the rejection of the supermarket(pazar), even if it is not temporary. what is the reason of this?

All of these are Wayfarer related so your come to the right place.
1 - Previously it was possible to put more than one PokéStop in a cell due to location edit abuse. It’s not possible now. However, you may still see some PokéStops and gyms that are very close together due to being in different cells. In this screenshot, the gym is one cell and the PokéStop in another.
2 - Adding a photo to a Wayspot that doesn’t have one would be great and make it more visually appealing for sure. If you get a photo added via Ingress approved, you get +500 AP too! As for editing locations, a Wayspot should be at the correct location and you should not move for the benefit of one game, whether it’s positive or negative. Again, you can have one PokéStop per S2 L17 cell.
3 - Can you share your nomination? You can use the paperclip icon to attach the full image.

You can move edit suggestions or location change suggestions within the app. After approval, the waypoint will change to reflect their correct location. However, keep in mind that by doing so, the wayspot in question could not be fullfilling the inclusion rules.
Think of 2 waypoints in a single S2 level 17 cell after you moved one of them. As a result, the moved waypoint can be removed from the gameboard.
