After removing the fake Wayspots, the correct one did not appear in the game

I nominated Wayspot and it was accepted by the community. It didn't appear in PokemonGO because there were already two Wayspots in the same S17 cell. However, these Wayspots, were removed because they no longer existed (here's my report: https://community.wayfarer.nianticlabs.com/discussion/46872/). Despite the disappearance of those Wayspots, the correct one didn't appear in the game.
Will he never appear? Is it possible to synchronize it so that it appears? Or should I nominate this Wayspot again? What are the solutions?

How long has it been since the other wayspots disappeared ingame? Can you give us the coordinates of the location? What is the Name of the new wayspot?
Wrong Wayspots has been out of the game since October 3rd or 4th.

I don't see that wayspot in the database.
That wayspot does not exist at those coordinates. Maybe it got removed?
