Why are my nominations not spawning in the game?

I nominated multiple nominations through Pokémon Go, but they don't spawn in the game, why?

Remember that not all accepted nominations will appear in all Niantic games (and may take up to 48 hours to appear).
When you make a nomination, you're nominating a wayspot for the Lightship database. If your nomination is accepted, it gets added to that database.
Each of Niantic's games draws the wayspots that they use from the Lightship database. However, each game has a specific proximity rule that determines whether a new wayspot is able to be added to that game or not.
Pokémon Go Hub has a guide to how Pokémon Go uses S2 cells, which is worth a read and might help you understand the system Pokémon Go uses. Effectively, the map is broken up into invisible level 17 S2 cells, and each of these cells can only contain one Pokéstop or Gym. If a new wayspot is in a level 17 S2 cell that already contains a Pokéstop or Gym, it will be unable to be added to Pokémon Go. It may get used in other games which use different proximity rules though.

I couldn’t find Art on Penta easily - I would need coordinates or exact address.
Your wayspot Geboorte van Winterswijk is in the Lightship database.
Each game sets its own rules as to what it will take from Lightship to use in that particular game.
For Pokémon Go the rules revolve around the use of some mapping software commonly referred to as S2 cells it breaks down the surface into smaller and smaller cells - each size is referred to as level and a number.
Google: S2 cells and Pokémon Go - Pokémongohub has a very good explanation.
The key is that in Pokémon Go only accepts 1 wayspot in each Level 17 cell, so if there is already a pokestop or gym in the game, in that cell, yours will not be selected to enter Pokémon Go.
This is what has happened in your case.
This has picked out your wayspot which has been accepted into the Ingress game.
The wayspot Tante Reik is I presume, already in Pokémon Go. As it is in the same cell ( the green lined rough rectangles) and it stops yours appearing, and there is nothing that can be done about that. You can see that there are quite a lot of wayspots in that area and only a few will appear in Pokemon Go. When you are at the location if you go to submit a new wayspot when the screen comes up of the area there is a toggle bottom left which if on will show up these other wayspots.
It is disappointing and frustrating when this happens, but don’t let it put you off submitting. It is always difficult in areas where there might already be quite a lot of wayspots as this is more likely to happen. Try to understand more about the rules and be more aware.

The nominations are "Art on Penta" and "Geboorte van Winterswijk" and they are both in Winterswijk. But I also had 3 accepted nominations in Winterswijk with the name "Speeltoestel Strandbad" of which I don't know if they are already there, because they are far away from me, just like the nomination "Zwanenbeeld" in Winterswijk. (Winterswijk is in the Netherlands.)

Thank you for your time! I understand it now and there is also a gym in the same cel as "Art on Penta".
