My pokestop has disspeared

I asked for a pokestop, it was moved to a better location and it disappeared, I don't know how to get it back

By what method was it moved? And what was the reason for moving it?
Do you have a name of the pokestop? It could be that it was moved to the same S2 cell as Parque Don Juancho, and as such, it didn't meet the inclusion rules, and was removed from Pokemon Go.
Pokemon Go works with specific rules for waypoints to appear as pokestops; it uses a system of S2-cells. One waypoint per S2 level 17 cell can become a pokestop of gym. More waypoints are ignored in that specific cell. If a pokestop moves to a different S2 level 17 cell, where already a pokestop was, it doesn't appear as new stop.
It appears that in both cases, the game board had been manipulated using location edits to overpopulate the level 17 S2 cells that those Pokéstops were in. Each level 17 S2 cell is only meant to have one Pokéstop or Gym.
the pokestops were moved to a better location cause the pokestops were in a wrong location. I moved them with a bot of wayfarer, asking for the remi bot
the last moth I moved a pokestop to a better location, that pokestop was moved to a cell which was annother pokestop, it disspeared and the next day the pokestop appears again and now is in the game

We can confirm that both the Wayspots are live in Pokémon GO as PokéStops.
