    It can clearly be accessed by pedestrians - wayspots don't have to be accessible by everyone to be valid.

    How could someone say this area not accessible? When everyone can have a free access to interact with this portal. Surely if you wanna access this kind of thing, don't ever trespass without permission, just as simple as that. This is a public place where students, lecturer, public communities and societies gather during the day. Surely the one who report this portal with 'no access to pedestrian' did not using his head properly to review.
