Removing fake Wayspots

I am petitioning for this stop to be removed from the game. The user MrBrightside31 has been creating fake Wayspots in the city of Auburn that go against the criteria guidelines from Niantic. He has been creating fake plaques online and setting them up as Wayspots.
Furthermore MrBrightside31's real name is Michael Murray as you can see in these screenshots from Facebook and Campfire, same profile picture. He is putting his name right on the plaques he's making.

You should've bring this directly via support chat. Otherwise please edit your photo to censor people's faces?
I updated and removed the pictures in question. Can provide them to any admin who would like them for further investigation.
