Buildings are Wayspot's?

Hello, I am reviewing and rating proposals and apartment buildings are coming out, although the spot is in a public area and its entrance is very nice, in a correct cell, I do not know if it qualifies as a valid spot. Can you advise me? Is it valid or not?

An apartment building would not qualify unless there was something particularly noteworthy about it. If the building had a really compelling history then it might qualify, or if it was a truly unique piece of architecture. In general apartment buildings themselves don't meet any criteria.

A building designed by an award winning architect is eligible. The submitter would have to identify the architect and provide some evidence of their award history and that they designed the building. That type of nomination requires a lot of work by the submitter - but it's a valid wayspot if they put in the effort.

That's why I ask, it's not that have a good story. only they have a very beautiful garden at the entrance or a very interesting architectural form ... it is difficult to qualify when I see that 🤔
Correct cell?
Cells don't have any relationship with the validity of a wayspot, you should check only if the wayspot is in the correct location.

Would a bank pass? The bank and the building are part of the town's history
You'd need to do a good job writing up the description. Just being "old" isn't enough. It needs to have some historic importance. Often the good ones for submission are listed on a historic registry. I typically provide a link to it in the support info.
