Appeal rejected for third-party photo?

Don't know if this is an issue, but I recently received a decision on an appeal, and they are saying that it's a third-party photo, but in fact, I took the photo myself while visiting the convenience store next door. I thought it would be a long shot appeal, but I'm still a little confused by the decision. See the info below:

Did you also upload the photo to, for instance, Google Maps?
No, I don't upload photos to Google Maps. I did upload the photo to the forums here for some help, back when it was originally rejected. Could that be the reason why?

Looks like the person who reviewed your appeal did a Google search with your photo, found it in your previous thread here at the community forums and rejected your appeal due to 3rd party photo as your photo was found in the internet.
Yep, and looks like they went back, saw that it's only in the forum post, and now my nomination was accepted a couple days after posting about this.
If that's so then that's a very stew-pid reason to reject and the reviewer(s) deserved a 30 or 90-days ban. @NianticAaron if you please.
