No, but someone put the pin for the playground on the basketball court. You should request that it be moved to the playground so then you could nominate the basketball court.

Why is location a great place to socialize, exercise or explore? It looks like a residential district.
That's true, I decided to try to nominate the basketball court instead
The soccer field and the playground could also be eligible candidates. The playground could be a challenge to let them appear in the games (based upon the position of the pin). Regarding Pokemon Go, it covers 4 S2 cells, and for Ingress, with a bit of bad luck, it will be within 20 meters of the basketball field.
But the naming and photo of the wayspot "Vally Brook Park" is a bit odd and covers a bit too much different kinds of POI's, so there could be a risk of nominations being marked as duplicate.
