This has to be a joke
Got banned for 30 days on September 21st because the trail markers I sent in were apparently not eligible wayspots. I still couldn't log into Wayfarer after those 30 days were up, so I contacted support.
Now they're telling me "lol no, you're actually banned for 90 days, we made a typo, get rekt nerd".
A typo in what looks like a bog-standard copypasted email that gets sent to everyone that gets banned? I find that extremely hard to believe.
HOW is this acceptable? How can this company consistently perform so unbelievably poorly?
