2 Stops at the Same Position

Bei uns befinden sich 3 Stops im nahen Umkreis. 2 davon erscheinen auf der gleichen Stelle.
Ich habe mal gelesen, dass aus einem davon eine Arena gemacht werden kann. Stimmt das? Falls ja, wie kann man so eine Änderung beantragen.

The creation of gyms is an automated process and not something you can request.
This happens due to location edit abuse usually and is not intended.
As for gyms, that’s decided using a system with how many PokéStops are in a location and is not a Wayfarer decision, it is something that happens automatically.
It is possible if there are legit 2 things there and the cells land nicely that they can be this close. Its also possible that 2 people submitted the same thing, one got accepted and ghe other got upgraded and accepted roughly the same time (happened with me once) and again they landed nicely with cells. But it's most likely an old edit abuse case
