Fake person nomination

Why would I be classed as a fake person in my nomination? Or are there just a bunch of idiots that do these reviews

niantic should do there own reviews.

So fake nomination was the wrong rejection reason here. That is clearly a very real tennis court and tennis courts are eligible. However, your nomination has a few problems:
1) you should never mention game specific terms in your nomination (so no Pokémon Go in the description). That is a rejection criteria.
2) your photo isn't ideal. Whilst nighttime photos can be fine, daytime photos are usually better, and in this case a straight on photo of the tennis net without the fence in the way and during daytime would've made for a better photo.
However, the biggest problem you've got is that the tennis courts already exist in the database as a wayspot, so even if you fixed the other issues, you'd still be submitting a duplicate nomination.
There is no poke stop or gym for the tennis courts. I’m wandering why you have it marked as a way spot??
Basically, Pokémon Go lies to you a bit during the submission process. It uses all sorts of Pokémon Go specific terminology, such as nominating a Pokéstop, but in actuality you're not nominating a Pokéstop - you're nominating a wayspot for Niantic's Lightship database.
All accepted wayspots get added to Lightship, but each of Niantic's games (like Pokémon Go) don't utilise the entire database to populate the game maps. Instead, they each have proximity rules that limit what can be added to that game.
In the case of Pokémon Go, the map is limited to one Pokéstop or Gym per level 17 S2 cell. If you want to learn more about S2 cells, Pokémon Go Hub has a guide to them that you can search for on Google. In short though, they're like an invisible grid that covers Earth, and each cell of that grid can only have one Pokéstop or Gym in it under normal circumstances.
In this case, the tennis wayspot I showed you exists in Lightship, but can't appear in Pokémon Go because there's already a Pokéstop or Gym in the level 17 S2 cell that it's in. "The Shark Pool - Avoca Rugby Union Clubhouse" is already in Pokémon Go, and that's what's preventing the tennis courts from appearing.
They are able to appear in other games though, like Ingress, as Ingress uses a different proximity rule than Pokémon Go.
Who's Robert Bracht?
A local man from Avoca that passed away
The memorial bench is located where he used to hangout and enjoy the beach
I should rephrase my question: was Mr. Robert Bracht a significant or well-known figure in the community? And not just a random NPC who used to hangout and enjoy the beach?
If you can answer that, you may resubmit the bench with adding that information about him to supplemental information.
Robert Bracht was the owner of Avoca Newsagency. He was known and loved by everyone in the area
