Support Chat should email you the ticket and feedback/resolution

Log into Wayfarer, Create a Support Ticket via Support Chat, Log out of Wayfarer.

Other than keeping the chat window open an indeterminate amount of hours, there is no way of seeing whether your support ticket has been fulfilled. There is no way for Niantic Support to request further information, your support ticket either succeeds or fails, and it takes an indeterminate amount of time to action.

This is terribly designed. If there is a mistake in the support request, the user will continue to make the same request without knowing what the problem was. This is a waste of our time and your time. Users may make the same request not knowing the previous request is still in the queue.

Please just email users the support ticket, so that the conversation can be followed up in email.
