Gyms not showing on Campfire?

There are two gyms that have been in game for at least three weeks that are now showing up on Campfire, any reason for this? It’s on the grounds of a company in a business park.
Allegedly someone who works there plays Ingress and places things so that only he can get them but it also appears that no raids ever spawn at the two gyms too.
They’re all at approximately (42.8704737, -87.9874873).
Have a feeling some funny business might be going on.

This isn’t a Wayfarer issue so you can raise it here
However I believe they need to host their first raid to show on Campfire which if these are blocked from doing so, it’ll never show.
@NianticLC why did you suddenly close that thread without warning? I assume that the team will look at that appeal, is it?
