Can I edit my submission for a wayspot

After submitting for a new wayspot, I noticed a couple of typos/misspellings. Is it possible for me to edit my submission or should I just resubmit?

If it is In Queue, yes you can. Go to the Wayfarer site and tap the nomination under Contributions. Then you’ll see an edit button.
If it is In Voting, you cannot amend it.
