Two questions regarding pedestrian safety

There are two ”sections” regarding pedestrian safety, but one in another language. Its very hard to understand by looking at those sections wich is actually regarding pedestrial safety and wich is for the place it self. (Or have you changed way of dividing critherias?)
The two sections says almoust the same thing, but in different language. But looking under info its not the same.
I asume something has been mixed up, and gotten the wrong ”title”.
