Appeal with photo?

I nominated a little library box outside of a food pantry for a pokestop. In the supporting photo I showed the box and the large parking lot it is next to. The stop was rejected though as a residence. The pantry is in an old house owned by the church beside it. I realize now I should have taken the supporting picture from the other direction to show the food pantry sign on the building. Is it possible somehow to add a photo with an appeal? I haven’t tried to appeal before, but it looked like you can only enter text.

I think it should be a valid location. What would be the best approach? I suspect an appeal might not work without an additional picture. Is creating a new submission of the same location frowned upon as spamming nominations? Is it best just to forget about this location at this point?
@spidrz-PGO you should just nominate it again with a better photo if you think it’s eligible. Also sorry for the late response.
