The POI in question is this one. It’s a generic apartment complex. Nothing interesting about the building, as it’s cookie cutter and matches every single apartment building in Horicon.

The description references it as a small town with few POI, yet there is over 50 within a mile radius. Especially River Bend Park nearby. This is someone’s attempt at a couch POI and does not improve the game.
