The photo accurately depicts the house. I stopped at the driveway to approach the portal and found a locked gate across the driveway with a “Keep Out” sign. The property included two houses and a barn. As I turned back to my car a woman approached from the near house. I introduced myself as interested in visiting JLB Ranch as indicated on the portal. She told me that JLB Ranch was sold and subdivided several years ago and that she and her daughter’s family live on this smaller property; it is private residential property. She said that people come by from time to time looking to enter the property. I suggested that it might be because, in part, it is listed as a publicly accessible point of interest in this app. I said I would report it as private property and recommend it should be removed from the app. I am including a couple recent Google street view images:
