This morning I received an email saying that my account would be blocked for 30 days. The reasoning was that I submitted a generic tag and that tag was against the criteria. I have never received a warning or a strike. The thing is, I submitted this sign as a representative for a nature reserve. Similar to how I submit the way marker as a representative for a hiking trail. In my opinion, nature reserves are wayspots. If that's not the case, then I'm sorry, but a ban of 30 days because of that is completely overkill. I made almost 200 new wayspots. This 30 day ban has no relation to all the wayspots I have created. I've already written to support and all I got was a copy paste response that the ban was correct, with a reference to this sign again. Which I don't understand either. According to the Wayfarer Abuse Enforcement Ladder Policy, the first step is a warning. I never got a warning, it started straight away with step 2. why is the first step completely skipped for me? especially when you see that I made almost 200 correct wayspots. that has no relation. I know people who have submitted a lot more bad things and they only got a warning. Why am I being attacked so harshly even though my offense is much smaller in comparison?

This comment isn't helpful to you, but I'm glad that the email contains the name and date of the investigated nominations.
Do you keep a copy of the email that they sent you when you proposed the candidate?, if you add that info here other people might provide some insights about why it has triggered the ban.
Although a 30 days ban for one nomination according to that email, without a first warning seems quite excesive.
...also the complete details (photo, description, supplemental info) of that nomination would help.
That's why I asked the OP for the nomination email, as their access to the wayfarer site is blocked and they can't get that info using the normal procedure.

yes in this mail was only 1 wayspot named and i got the 30 day ban and i never had a warning before it. it started with step 2 30 day ban, thats something dont understand...

I believe that state of NRW are affected by NL review bots. Everyone submitting 'bad' quality Wayspots accepted by the bots in the NL are getting banned, including nearby areas like Belgium and NRW, Germany.
But its not my Fault that there have been bots in NL. They cant punish me for something i can not Controll.
And so does everyone who got banned for submitting but not the reviewer bots. Please enjoy your free time for now.
What you say is completly wrong, i know Player who got wayspots removed that got accepted from bots and they either did not got a Warning or only got a warning
Did you have any other similar nominations than this one you mentioned? Maybe you had several dubious nominations that got approved by bots, and that's why you got the 30 day ban. It could be that only one was mentioned in the e-mail you got.

the third sign of "sauerländischer gebirgsverein" got accepted by niantic themself
some biking trail markers who are part of a big cycling network and got accepted by niantic themself during the trigger peroid. to be fair i was not sure if this signs were okay, so i tried 2 oder 3 with a trigger, niantic accepted them, showing me that they are valid wayspots, so i submitted more with a trigger and niantic again showed me that they are correct with accepting them again. they got all removed now source to the cicling network: https://radservice.radroutenplaner.nrw.de/rrp/nrwrvn/cgi?lang=DE
this had nothing to do with bot, whith accepting them over and over niantic showed me that they were okay, now they all got deleted for not beeing okay...
while investigating my nominations they also removed a wayspot from 2019,. who is still there in real life. it was a painted power box, i think niantic saw it as a post box not as a painting? i dont know. it is also seen on streetview from 2022
one other nomination i agree the removal with was a sitting bank in a public garden. i saw often people from the surrounding gardens meeting there so i tried it as a meeting point. at this

yes i know not everything is a 5 star, but i have never tried to abuse the system. a 30 day ban without a warning is to much. especaly when most of the removed wayspots got approved by niantic themself. this are most of the wayspots who got removed over the night. i looked it up with the intel map. maybe there are more but the intel map dont show the pokestops if they fell into the 20m rule of ingress

An answer and acceptance of my problem would be appropriate. I'm still banned for alleged abuse. As already explained, most of what we're talking about is hiking trails, which, according to you, are expressly desired. I've never really abused and a hand of (in your opinion) low quality submissions don't warrant a 30 day ban. I never had a warning and didn't submit any fakes. You have to consider that we as players do your work for free by setting up the game board and making the games playable. And then as a thank you you issue exaggerated bans and don't even respond to objections? This is not the player management I expect from a company like you for free work.
The day after tomorrow is the garchomp raid day, which I would like to take part in, but that's not possible because you don't stick to your own guidelines (the first level of punishment should have been a warning according to your rules and not a 30 day ban). Also you dont give any reaction to false banned player like me.
I'm now so desperate that I'm now tagging every employee here again.
