30 Day Ban after 7-Day ban

Not sure what information might be needed, but hello there.

I recently [around the time the fall events started] I downloaded an app that I didn't do any research on, I found it out on a Facebook page and got convinced to use it for what I thought was like.. giving numbers to IVs? Rather than just stars.. like a rating thing?


Long story short I realized it was a spoofing app.. I've never had a phone that could ever use them, frankly thought the idea of them was boring and so when I found out about having downloaded I freaked out a bit and was disgusted but.. didn't want to get caught and just decided to stay in the area and uninstall the app after a bit of time since it's just not something I wanted.


I did end up getting a 7 day ban- again.. no research, no idea what I was doing. I got the warning, cool.. I did a bad, slap on the wrist. I uninstalled the game, and only reinstalled it once more before my 7 days was up due to checking my coin status because I thought I'd lost coin.. realized I didn't and uninstalled for the last time and waited out the next.. think it was two days of my ban.


Thankfully I was able to go do the shadow lugia raids with my buddies for Halloween, decided to reconnect with them and have some fun. I got home later that next day and was resting in bed about to play and I had a 30 day ban? I never spoofed, the app was completely removed from my phone and I don't know how to use routes or anything that seems to be getting bans right now.. only thing I can imagine is my buddy went to Florida and invited me to a Gengar raid and I used a remote pass along with a few other friends and happened to get a lucky shiny

Now.. I realize I made a mistake the first time and I have proof my friend invited me to the raid if that's what the issue was. I haven't heard back from Niantic and I sent a few emails to them in a frantic spam by mistake.. I do tend to panic a bit. Only other issue I might see having been the case is I live out in the boons where my GPS shifts and plays, I walk around and if I don't close my app my character is running around like a loony when I come back in before adjusting to my position.


Can.. I have some help with this? I have had this account since 2016 and I'm so scared to lose all I've worked for. I get the first ban.. but the other one makes no sense to me, and I just wanna play with my friends again, and keep my pokemon that I've worked so hard to evolve and grow up till my mistake.
