No free text field

Previously there was a free text notes field. This was optional and not used for scoring.

Didn't Niantic find this useful when assessing appeals or when they pulled nominations into voting themselves internally?

There is a free text field if you click no to "accurate and high quality". But sometimes I might want to leave a comment justifying my answers when the nomination is accurate, for example when downvoting generic street furniture like post boxes.

I'd like this box back as well, regardless if you thumb up or thumb down a nomination. Sometimes, especially for your known area, it helps to provide extra context. Glad that others want this back as well.
