Despite the game language, you’re nominating a new Wayspot to the database which is not guaranteed to become a PokéStop.
For this one
It is in the same cell as this, so doesn’t appear on Pokémon GO. It is also within 20m of an existing Portal so doesn’t appear on Ingress.
For the next one
Again there is already a PokéStop there of “Rosa dei venti Summertime” so this one doesn’t meet the inclusion rules.
This time it does appear in Ingress and appears to have been captured by the Enlightened so you’ve helped some players there.
