Hello everyone, any improvements or clarifications I can get on why this was rejected? I just had another boxing club accepted this morning, so I don’t see why this one would be rejected. Let me know, thanks!

No problem. It is this one.
It's probably that they didn't like the pictures and put that above whether they are eligible.
The first looks a bit more... generic, there are cars and a Subway in the support.
Not that it should matter but I think a lot of reviewers still look at a submissions aesthetic qualities before anything else
I'm not sure how much it may have influenced the decision, but the broken sign may have played at least some role as well. It shouldn't, but it may have.
Unfortunately this just recently happened due to poor weather. If you see on Google Maps, it’s still intact. Likely just going to resubmit, cause I’ve already got an appeal used up this month.
I get that, but honestly the cover photo is just fine. The surroundings shouldn’t really matter but you’re right. I’m sure they valued the “aesthetic” a little more. Not fans of the slightly damaged sign but it can’t be changed unless the owners decide to. Thank you for your help.!
