Help me understand this rejection. Is there something I'm unaware of in the title that is offensive?
As I understand it, titles should be related but don't have to be a descriptive title.
I believe the character on the wall is called Big Blue

I think there's a bug giving the wrong rejection reason
Big Blue is the name of the printing company that printed and pasted the decal on the wall.
Was a current bug that I think almost all rejections had the same reason but during very minor maintenance breaks earlier today, they've removed the reject reasons so it just remains blank.

As for eligibility, its no different from any supervised kids playground
That explains why I didn’t get an agreement then! I accepted this one - I would love to hear from others why they rejected it (or why they would have rejected it) to help me improve my reviewing.
