Improvement feedback on significance

I thought I did an okay job with providing why the sign is significant. This was the appeal rejection. Even provided URLs in supplemental information. How can I improve?
There is actually a directional sign right next to it I nay just submit that instead of this sign.

@NianticAaron is there any chance that this can be given another look? I can understand at first glance it might look like a generic road sign, but this submission was discussed a lot on the Wayfarer subreddit ( https://www.reddit.com/r/NianticWayfarer/comments/17by4i9/which_would_be_a_better_nomination/?rdt=37849 though the original post has been deleted), and as a community we helped @adminjoe-PGO find out more about this particular installation and how it is indeed part of an art project by Scott Froschauer ( http://scottfroschauer.com/?cat=14 ). I feel that enough context was given for this nomination that it shouldn't have been rejected.
This is definitely disappointing on a couple of levels.
For the submitter but also on a wider level in that it looks like not much time has been given to the appeal and was dismissed pretty quickly.
At least reduce some of that disappointment for the submitter @NianticAaron
Here is the appeal rejection email.
This is clever and creative and a wonderful poi to bring explorers to, and apparently well documented, although I can't get google lens to convert that photo to text for me to try the links. What a shame that this was rejected. Maybe try it again now that reviewers can't quickly reject for the main photo without seeing the title first if Niantic won't reverse this decision. Maybe try a different title to grab reviewers attention. Something like:
The Word on The Street: Wonder
I love this quirky and fun piece of art.
Here are the links.

I resubmitted and it was automatically rejected the next day. Think it was AI rejection. Will give up on this nomination, as it is very close to resembling a traffic sign and it's getting confused with one. There is a directional sign next to this spot I will nominate instead (can see in Photosphere).
