Hi! Can anyone please share with me what is inaccurate or offensive for this nomination? How can I improve on it and get it appealed? Or is this just a bug of the new review system?

It's a bug that they're aware of and working towards fixing. Since they implemented this new system, only two rejection reasons were being issued (with this one being the more common one).
So on our side do we need to do anything? Do we resubmit or do we need to inform them?

Is there a guarantee that ths bug will not happen again, as for now on?
I mean, I have utilized 3 upgrades on 3 different nominations, and all got rejected by this same criteria since the voting system update. Makes no sense at all. What will happen to our upgrades? Why do we have to resubmit without those upgrades or use that long, long waiting appeals for months (half year of more) to be reviewed? Then what's the point on working hard for those upgrades?
Appeal turn around times are only a couple of weeks at most right now. The queue is basically gone.
