My pokestop accepted, but not showing up in the game.

So I had only ONE accepted submitted nominations of my 23 submitted nominations. But the my accepted nomination doesn't appear in the game. How can I appeal to Niantic?

I can't get the coordinates. But it is in the middle of the shopping mall.

To correct this, your Wayspot got accepted. Not a PokéStop. A Wayspot which may become a PokéStop if it meets inclusion rules.

Remember that not all accepted nominations will appear in all Niantic games (and may take up to 48 hours to appear).

Pokémon GO only allows one PokéStop per Level 17 S2 cell. For this cell you already have either the Shinto Tori Gate (highlighted) or the Snowman’s with Pagoda (not quite sure where it is going to lie, I think in the lower cell)

Your Wayspot is also within 20m of Shinto Torii Gate so it does not appear on Ingress either.

As you will have placed your Wayspot correctly, there is nothing to Appeal and no changes to be made.
