abuse option in the review section am I using it correctly

I had a review for an object that was in a road gutter.
However. The supporting information claimed it was on a public footpath and was safe
So I used Accurate and high quality. Ticked the abuse option as abuse as the nominator was trying to sway me that the object was placed in a safe place.
I also used the other reason 150 character option in the abuse secton to explain other reasons why it should fail. But was it abuse?
I could of just said dangerous position and not safe. But I really really do not like having a text box there so I can fully explain my reason.
Was it abuse? Thoughts please

Did you take a screenshot of the nomination, if so it would really help. If not can you tell us what the object was that was in the gutter?
A state survey mark.
Less interested in the object. More interested in the can I use abuse as Nominator was claiming safe with pedestrian access with no pavement in sight. And the object in the road.
Ok thanks for the info, your abuse report seems accurate to me, and based by your details does not sound like it has pedestrian access.
What is interesting is about this. I was so worried about getting bad reporting email. I click abuse. I then click option in abuse. Then click other option. And cram in 150 Characters why I thought it was abuse.
