Thanks for the appeal, @AshlyJem-ING. We took another look at the Wayspots in question and decided that they do not meet our criteria for removal at this time.

I'm sure the landlord does not agree with you
No the less I'll go there and take some pictures as prof that they should be removed
These 2 pictures are taken as close to Tirsbæk Gods as possible
These 2 pictures shows that Sejl og le located inside a privat garden
While I was there I discoved a POI that has no pedestrian acess

It may be a bit hard to see but it's surrounded by an electrical fence
This is under the "i" from the "Appropriate" section in the reviews. See the distinction for what the private property rejection tackles, I also quoyed the criteria challenge below. The website activity page seem like this is a theme park of sorts.

The property is credited to one individual but not sure whether if that specific courtyard is a single-family private property (the rejection/removal criterion) or a shared space for the renters (allowed location).
Also quoting past clarifications on pedestrian access and trespassing:

Just like with the definition of private residential property, this guideline hasn’t changed. These locations would still be eligible, including restricted areas on the grounds of a company’s headquarters or behind locked gates so long as there wouldn’t be objections to you entering the area and the location is accessible to some folks. We do not expect all players to have access to all locations but we strongly recommend following real-world rules while attempting to access locations.
What constitutes “safe pedestrian access” to a location?
Safe Pedestrian Access denotes the player is able to access the object in question by walking up to it without putting themselves into potential danger. Objects in pedestrian areas, along sidewalks or paths or in parks/fields are great examples of eligible locations. Ineligible examples include objects on roundabouts or in traffic dividers that do not have a sidewalk/pathway leading to it.
Concern with safe pedestrian access is for the act of traveling to the object on foot safely, access-restrictions/ limitations are largely a separate topic.
The presence of gates / fences does not always indicate that it cannot be crossed on foot but may indicate that they are limiting who is allowed to walk into the space.

Private Residence and Farmland:
Our take has been that candidates on private family residential property are ineligible. This includes outward facing boundary walls that are part of the residence or otherwise on the privately owned residential land. However shared spaces of apartments, gated communities, or other shared spaces might be eligible assuming it otherwise meets criteria and is intended to be accessed by a community, even if not everyone.
Not too sure whether or not "Tirsbæk Gods" is SFRP but that would be the correct removal if proven that it is.
Sime times you can access the garden of Tirsbæk Gods, but you can't get close to the castle, that is the privat residence of the landowner
The events they write about are kept in the old stables far away from the main castle
I'm sure the landlord is a lot less happy with YOU going there violating their privacy by uploading a ton of photos of that house on the Internet. 🙄
Are you sure? From a magazine article, it is mentioned it is used for private events rather than permanent residences. No timestamp so I can't be sure when this would be applicable, photos from the Google listing show some visitors inside the main castle courtyard dated from 2019-2022 however.

@PaulingZubat-PGO I decided to send an email to Tirsbæk Gods to get a clear answer from them
So you can visit the castle 4 days a year, so I guess it's okay that the Tirsbæk Gods POI stays but the POI's "Sejl og le" and Tirsbæk Mølle should be removed
At this point, might it be worth sending them the removal form for the property owners so they can decide if they want their wayspots on their property. You also may want to confirm info about those other wayspots.
