In my case, it's happened in both mobile and desktop version of Google Chrome.

I' m able to replicate this in Google Chrome, as well. I use dark mode as my system default on both my computer and phone. Here's a screenshot from my computer.

Hello? Niantic? The issue is still persist, has this been looked at?
Don't expect this to be resolved quickly. Took 2 and half weeks for the Facebook login issue to be resolved, and no notification from Niantic either.
In thay case they noticed the issue. Here I don't get any response from them yet.
