Every upgraded nomination rejected by "unaccurate or offensive title or description"

I have utilized 3 upgrades on 3 different nominations. I'm pretty sure the rejection criteria (if they were indeed rejected) is not matching with reality.
Other thing is that I'm pretty sure that at least one out of those three would get accepted.
I want to know if this issue/bug is just about not showing the correct rejection criteria, or every upgraded nomination is getting rejected? I want to know this because I feel very insecure on using more upgrades on other nominations of mine.
Since the new voting system upgrade, does anyone got at least one of their upgraded nominations accepted? Or are all they getting rejected.
I attach some screenshots (they are in spanish) as proof that they don't have "inaccurate or offensive title or description".

The bug is the rejection reason being wrong. The team are aware of it and are working on fixing it.
I've had 4/4 nominations approved under the new voting system.
I have the same problem and also my friends. Good nominamtion are rejected because of this!
The rejection reason shown is not what caused the nominations to be rejected. The actual rejection reasons are not showing currently.
