I used Google to translate the screenshot. It says that you aren't at Level 10 for Ingress. In order to use Wayfarer, you have to be at least Level 10 in Ingress and/or Level 37 in Pokémon GO. More info can be found here:

Are you sure you are using the same login with wayfair as you are in pogo?
