Confused about Niantic's AI rejection system

I just don't get it, the POI should meet the criteria, but the AI just rejected ALL my nominations, 6 in total. What should I improve? The photos are clear, the title is clear, but not favorable by the AI system. The system even marked the below one as a duplicate, which is not even possible as there isn't any similar ones around it.

Regarding the badminton court, remember that not all wayspots are able to be used in all Niantic games. In this case, the badminton court is in the same level 17 S2 cell as "Gazebo 2 at bukit impian", so if that is already a Pokéstop or Gym, it will prevent the badminton court from being added to Pokémon Go. The badminton court may be used in other games though. You can learn more about Pokémon Go and S2 cells by looking up the Pokémon Go Hub guide to S2 cells in Pokémon Go.

You can check to see whether a nomination already exists as a wayspot when you're making a new nomination, but you need to be physically stood at the location of what you're wanting to submit.

As you can see in the above screenshot, when you're making a new nomination, if the toggle in the bottom corner is enabled, you will see all wayspots within around 100 metres of your current physical location (it doesn't update if you move the map elsewhere, so it's important that you check it at the location of what you're submitting). Any that are in Pokémon Go will show as blue icons, whilst any that are not in Pokémon Go will be shown as orange icons. These icons can be tapped to see what the wayspots are. This would've shown that the badminton court was in the database, but as an orange icon.

Onto the other nominations, I'm not sure what 28/4 road is meant to actually be, but it looks somewhat like a generic road sign that isn't eligible by itself. If it's actually some sort of trail marker, then the fact it resembles a generic sign might have been why the automated filter rejected it.

I don't really see how the water dispenser would be a great place to socialise, exercise or explore personally (wayspots need to meet one of those three criteria at least). The other issue is that your description mentions "gameplay". You're not meant to make any references to Niantic games when submitting wayspots, as these wayspots may also get used in other products that are not related to gaming. The description should be about the object itself, and not about how it can affect gameplay.
