Since I'm at zero appeals in the queue which would be best to not get rejected as needing a sign, being generic, too regular or not meeting the exacting criteria of the appeal team.

I would do #2. I am sensing a pattern of reasons related to location and one that claims it is fake (also probably be Alyse of location). Are you sure your location is placed accurately?
